We specialise in premium residential projects with interior budgets starting at ₹1.5 crore. Our process is built for clients who want high quality, transparency, and a home that is truly tailored to them.
No — and intentionally so. A meaningful estimate can only come after a detailed moodboard and curated selection process. We don't quote on Day Zero because we first need to understand your priorities. Once the vision is clear, the numbers make much more sense.
Timelines vary by scope, but a standard 3–4 BHK turnkey project typically takes 3 to 5 months from design sign-off to handover. We provide a detailed project schedule before execution begins.
